• Defined requirements, scoped solutions, and led process & data mapping for an artwork and project management SaaS platform (Mediabox), delivering tailored implementations for major clients including L’Oréal and Mondelez.
• Mentored 10+ business analysts, coaching on requirements elicitation, user story development, and UAT best practices, improving delivery quality and stakeholder engagement.

• Shaped organisational data strategy, translating high-level vision into departmental implementation.
